How much does it cost to enter the Customer Direct Awards?
£50 plus VAT for members (£58.75 inc VAT)
£70 plus VAT for non-members (£82.25 inc VAT)

Who can enter the Customer Direct Awards?
Both PPA members and non-members can enter. To be eligible for entry, promotions must have taken place after June 2007. Customer Direct awards are given to work addressing the UK market.
How do I enter the Awards?
First, read through the criteria and additional guidance notes then download the entry form. Please submit three complete copies of each entry and supporting documentation, along with your payment to:

ATTENDING THE CONFERENCE
What time does the conference start?
Registration and coffee will be from 8:15am. The conference will start at 9:00am sharp.
Where will the conference take place?
In the Ballroom of the Grosvenor House, Park Lane, London
How do I get to the venue?
The closest tube stations are Marble Arch, Bond Street or Hyde Park Corner. The nearest main line stations are Victoria and Paddington. On-site valet parking is charged at £40 per day. Off-site parking is available; please contact the hotel for details on 020 7499 6363.

How can I book a place for the conference?
Booking will open shortly and can only be done online. Payment is by Visa or Mastercard. Sorry, we cannot accept Amex. The closing date for the receipt of reservations is Thursday 13 November 2008.
What if I can no longer attend?
Cancellations must be made in writing. In the event of a cancellation, an administration charge of 30 per cent will be made and refunds cannot be made after Monday 3 November. Reservations for places at the conference or awards must be paid in full by 13 November, otherwise PPA reserves the right to release these bookings. While PPA will endeavour to make amendments to attendee information, any amendments to registrations should be made to PPA in writing prior to 13 November to ensure attendee information is correct at the time of the event.

What is the dress code for the Awards dinner?
Black tie.
Where will the Awards Dinner be held?
The Awards dinner will be in the Ballroom of the Grosvenor House, Park Lane, London.
At what time does the Drinks Reception start?
19:00.
What time is the Awards Dinner?
Dinner will be served at 19:45. The Awards Presentation follows immediately after the dinner. Carriages will be at 2:00am.
