Conference

The conference ‘Customer Direct ‘08: Subscriptions and beyond’ took place on Thursday 20 November at the Grosvenor House on Park Lane. It included a diverse range of speakers, looking at all aspects of direct marketing in a selection of interactive and informative sessions.

There were three distinct streams of master class looking at the practical side of one-to-one marketing, strategies for successful subscriptions growth and the ‘hot topics’ that those in the subs industry are talking about.
